Our restaurant is approved by the Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Italian Coeliac Association) and we are experts in gluten-free cuisine, dominated by safety, genuineness and variety. All gluten-free foods are home-made by our chefs: delicious first courses, tasty seconds, lasagne, pizza, bread and cakes. Our menu changes every day and each of our dishes (apart from soem rare exception) an be prepared with ingredients naturally devoid of gluten or pesticides.
Safety above all!! The coeliac sufferer will feel no different because s/he can choose the same menu as the other guests in the morning, can serve themselves at the buffet for salads and the breakfast buffet will be reserved.
Our philosophy is that everyone deserves a great worry-free holiday so we try to facilitate those with allergies or food intolerance, or those with special dietary requirements, making them feel cared for, and why not, a bit spoilt!
